Missing some badges

Who do I contact regarding badges? I know I have met the requirements for the Tulipa badge, but I never received it. I also just logged my first preserving milestone in my journal. How should I log it to receive the preserving badge?

try entering a milestone for or editing one of your tulipa plantings to trigger the badge
