You just have to tuck the ruffly bits into the center then fold the smaller square you're left with. Usually instead of just being able to fold in half, and half, and half, like an ordinary sheet, somewhere along the way you need to fudge and fold it into thirds so it will line up with the top sheet in the cupboard.
