These plants are terrific!! Could you add them to your garden so that I can see what they are? I might like a couple of bulbs if you have any stashed!! (At least, I think they are bulbs?)

The three first ones are orchids, I especially like the Miltassia. Such an elegant flower.

The fourth one is Amaryllis Hippeastrum “Supreme garden”. I’ll try to look for a better pic than the one here. It is the most beautiful Amaryllis there is (for me). I definitely could spare one bulb once it goes dormant – it is one of those ones that grows “all year round” and goes dormant when it feels like it… :D It makes small bulbs readily.

Hmmm. I was unable to find the journal. Could you tell me where it is, or create a link to it?

I hate to be doom and gloom, but you cannot legally ship bulbs or plant material internationally to the USA without a phytocertificate. If you try without a cert. it is most likely that it will be confiscated at customs.

Hmm. I thought that it was only large quantities of seeds, or plants that would be stopped. One or two bulbs would still be stopped huh? Interesting!

Bulbs are considered plant material. Seeds are also legally forbidden, but many people, myself included, do trade small amounts of seeds internationally knowing full well that there is the real possibility that they could be confiscated. It is more likely that small seed packs in an envelope will be overlooked but larger pieces of plant material may be more conspicuous and more likely to be searched and seized. There needs to be a customs certificate completed and attached that declares what is in the package – it is up to the parties involved to decide how and what to declare and take the chance that the package will not be opened by customs. Other countries might not have such strict incoming customs laws, but the US does in order to prevent transportation of insects and/or plant disease.

I am sure these bulbs are sold in the US as well. Supreme Garden is a well-known cultivar.

Good to note the legal aspect.

I just hate to see healthy plants and seeds wasted and/or destroyed if they are confiscated. It’s easy to hide seeds, not so easy to hide something as large as an Amaryllis bulb. The bulbs are readily available for sale here in the US and I have been told, though I have not tried it, that Amaryllis grow easily from seeds.
