lolou2's Pine Shade Bed garden

Garden Type: Backyard | Sun: Full Shade | Soil: Clay I'm Organic!

I is situated at the end of the drive, outside the fenced backyard. Full to partial shade depending on which side of the bed. The right half is shaded by a very large old pine. The soil is a horrible mix of clay and rock, but has been amended over the years by needles from the pine. The other half gets some sun, but is shaded in the morning by the house…in the afternoon and evening by the fence.
