maevankat's Backyard - To be raised garden

At the back of the house, there is a very small garden. The border has been made with rocks and wooden beams. I think I’m going to raise the garden, or add a small fence to keep Maddie out, and to give it a bit more definition.

It was EXTREMELY neglected by the previous owners. Earwigs and weeds had taken over. The only plant to survive this maltreatment is a vine that I haven’t identified, in the left corner. I have also discovered wiring in the garden, which doesn’t seem to serve a purpose. I wonder if they were going to do some lighting back there? I wish someone had kept that information for us.
