We have a quarter acre section. Our garden has been organic for 10 years.
The climate is a mild, coastal, mediterranean type. We get few frosts.
In the backyard we have flower gardens, a courtyard for barbecues and relaxing,a vegetable garden, fruit trees,3 sheds of varying sizes, a glasshouse and a subtropical area.
We are in the process of making a pond.
There is a trellis that supports our clothesline and a passionfruit vine.
Towards the end of the garden there is an old shadehouse.
We have plenty of grassed area that we are gradually converting to gardens.
We plan to have not much grass and lots of food.
