So, I’ve plunged into my Egyptian life. We’ve rented ourselves a house – he (the Egyptian boyfriend) had rented and sublet the place before, so he was familiar with the garden. I’m discovering bit by bit what’s in it and how on earth we can make things grow in this place :) It is actually working suprisingly well, despite the fact it only rains about 3 or 4 times a year here…
