wildfun's My messy desk garden

Garden Type: Indoor | Sun: Fluorescent | Soil: Combination

I am attempting to grow a garden of herbs on my desk in my bedroom. So far, I have sowed seeds for thyme, sweet basil, sweet marjoram, oregano, parsley (curly), and chives. I am contemplating getting a rosemary plant, but I don’t think I’ll bother with starting it from seed.

My window faces west, so there is a decent amount of natural sunlight coming in. I am also keeping florescent lights on the the pots to help germination along.

This is my first attempt to grow plants indoors actively. Previously, I managed to kill a cactus so lets just say I’m not really the most maternal person in the world.

Wish my plants luck, they will need it.
