This garden is on the shady side of our gazebo. It has some of my favorite plants in it, plants that I learned to love from my mother, whose garden has over 20 trees in it (on a small suburban lot!) so all she has is shade. From wandering in her “forest” I learned how beautiful gardenias, ferns, and amaryllis are.
