I bought 3 cuttings that first year and now I have a yard full of Perennial Morning Glory.
Perennial Morning Glory, ipomoea indica (i. acuminata), aka Blue Dawn Flower, blooms from morning til evening Spring throughout Fall bearing hundreds of 4-5" trumpet shaped flowers that are vivid blue in the morning turning to mauve towards evening. Fuzzy three-lobed leaves cover vines up to thirty feet long.
