fiberdrunk's Container garden

Garden Type: Container | Sun: Partial Sun | Soil: Combination I'm Organic!

I’m growing 7 white pima cotton this year, in hopes of getting some fiber to spin into yarn. As of August ’08, the plants are blooming. This batch was grown in pots (12" wide and 11" high) in a mix of compost, sand and rabbit manure. The plants have been foliar-fed a couple times a month with liquid kelp/fish, and side-dressed with rabbit manure as needed.
