Received and Planted 2 Frontyard & Porch Goodies garden
I received a lovely gift box today from Janietta. She sent along some tubers for Red Hot Poker and a cling-on oregano plant. I separated the tubers into 3 small clumps and planted them out. THANKS SO MUCH, JANIETTA!

Happy Shamrocks Shamrock Flowering and Frontyard & Porch Goodies garden
The new growth has practically doubled in 4 days, and last evening I noticed 3 small flowers coming up. One was open already. Moving it outside was definitely the right thing to do.

Baby Shamrocks Shamrock Breaking Dormancy and Frontyard & Porch Goodies garden
The shamrock was living but not doing anything exciting inside. I moved it out to the front porch where it could get some brief morning sun. It’s prety happy out there and is sprouting out some new growth from the center. It can live outside until it gets colder.

Chopped it Hosta Dying Down and Frontyard & Porch Goodies garden
The hosta had a hard early summer… it was VERY hot here. It did manage to flower out in July, but I wouldn’t call it pretty this year. The leaves were already browning up. I had hubby chop it to the ground witht the weed eater this week. It was just so unsightly. Poor hosta.
