rosemarieGardener's UNCIVILIZED garden
Garden Type: Wildlife | Sun: Dappled Sun | Soil: Sandy Loam | Established: 2006 | Organic
This is a small plot of ground in the Solomon’s Garden-North Hosta Garden-Grotto triangle. It used to be mowed with the tall grass but I started noticing that biennial and perennial foxglove and one or two other ‘wildies’ growing there when we neglected mowing so it is now officially ‘protected’ though it is not defined by any outline. DH asks me every mowing where he should not mow in order to save the wildies.
I have to take note of a new plant I put in in 2011…..given to me by Rose (felter). Also, I must ask Rose the name of that plant. It is blue.
