Annet's Picture Album garden

This garden is slightly different from my others, in that it’s not a ‘real’ garden with plants. In this Picture Album Garden I would like to collect artistic depictions of plants. I got this idea because I just picked up two gorgeous old books at an antique market, one is about farming and the other about succulents. These Dutch-language books are picture books from the 1930s; the idea was that you would collect the pictures (much like baseball cards in the US) and stick them in this book, to complete it. The pictures came with packets of Verkade (a Dutch brand name) biscuits. The illustrations are beautiful, the colours are stunning, I’ll try and get some good scans/pictures for this site.
