knowlesie's Wildlife garden

Garden Type: Frontyard | Sun: Full Sun | Soil: Combination

I’m quite lucky to live where I do in Devon surrounded by lovely countryside and wildlife. I have lots of birds visit my garden, some, like the Azure Winged Magpie are believed to have escaped from Paignton Zoo whilst other furry visitors seem to believe the bird table is for them. Blue Tits take advantage of the nesting box but how the frogs can maintain their romantic desire sitting in that cold water waiting for a female is beyond my imagination. Lastly I have slow worms that risk life searching for food when I am cutting the grass.

Gardening and wildlife, a great combination. An obvious fave :-)
