I tried my hand at a Zen Garden, once. Now, the stones & ornaments rest in my succulent garden – it seems that kitties don’t differentiate between “sand” in the litter box and sand in any other box. Amongst the carefully raked sand and strategically placed stones were little kitten sized nuggets of joy, which meant he had to climb atop the coffee table to leave said nuggets… bad kitty….
Anyway, that was the death of my Zen Garden and yes, it’s possible to kill even those.
