chiltepin's Little Vegetable Garden That Could garden

This is my first (and hopefully my only/last!) attempt at a container vegetable garden, or any kind of garden, in Houston. (I’m aching to get back to the drizzly, verdant climes of the pacific northwest.) The blazing, unrelenting heat in Houston present a particular challenge for a vegetable container garden, but the brave little plants and I trudge onward, undaunted.
