28 Jul 2008Yummmmmm Tomato 3 Harvesting and My First Container gardenAte my first tomato of the year on a turkey sandwich. Had some store bought hot house tomatoes to compare to, and the one I grew won hands down. Delicious!

28 Jul 2008Tomato worms My First Container gardenEww these guys are disgusting!! And they are eating my plants, even worse. Mr. Stripey is almost nude. I found one yesterday, and seven (including two little ones on my yellow pear) this morning. I threw them into the neighbor’s yard (don’t worry, no one lives there) for the boids.
