tomatogal's Heirloom garden

Garden Type: Heirloom | Sun: Full Sun | Soil: Clay I'm Organic!

I have a small lot, but I love tomatoes and cannot find any tasty ones in the stores…so I am trying to grow my own. I put n two raised beds and started planting vegetables…the flowers belong in the flower beds. (I was raised on a farm, and my father always considered flowers, weeds.) I filled the beds with 5 way soil from the local composter, and I’m told this was bad as they used stuff with pesticides. If it ever warms up enough to see some growth, this may be apparent.
Do I have to remove all the soil and find new soil????
