    recovery Lemon Balm and Front Verandah garden
    It could have been dying down, but I have noticed new small leaves forming near the base of the stems. I cut it back hard a couple of weeks ago, to see if it would recover. Although it still does not look very attractive, at least I still have the plant. I’ll wait until there are a few more...

    This plant has become my soil moisture or water indicator. It is the first to show signs of droopiness if the weather is hot or the wind dry.
