This is my main garden.

My Mom and Dad initially planted the fruit trees back in the late 70s when we moved into our house.

When I was in junior and high school, I created four 4×4 square foot gardening bed out of leftover wood. Over the years, the wood started to deteriorate, so I combined two of the flat into one long one and replaced the wood with bricks. This because our vegetable and flower bed.

I then moved out and went to college in 1987.

When my Dad died in 2003, I moved back in with my Mom. I started gardening again and build the beds up higher with more bricks to what we have now.

The pavers and stones were done by my Brother around 2005 or so. He got all the materials on clearance for really cheap.

An outdoor organic garden located in Vallejo, United States, joeysplanting's Backyard garden currently contains 122 plants.

This is a Backyard garden that is known to be in USDA Hardiness Zone 9b. It has mainly Combination soil and receives Partial Sun light.

Hey, those are some really snazzy raised beds. Bet you have great drainage with zero runoff. Nice Californian look and feel. I garden south of you in Venice (USDA zone 10).

Please post more garden pics; looks great.

Just discovered your garden – it looks so neat in every sense of the word Love the decorative paving and can just imagine working on the beds there.
Mine’s a bit of a mess at the moment needs more attention and muscle but I enjoy the potential as much as achievement!
