Dh made a nice area for the garden last year, complete with a fence to keep the leg lifting tinklers out of it. I want to add to it next year for berries. We got a late start this year on the garden because we added a little too much compost, and were concerned it would burn all the wee seedlings I was able to coax out of seeds (first year doing seeds). I killed the first round of seedlings in early May be putting them outdoors for sun, and shocking them. I had to start over, so the seedlings were only maybe 4 weeks old by the end of May. My garden appears very puny right now, but I’m hoping with the good sun coming soon, it’ll catch up.
