JDaley's Mao's Revenge garden

Garden Type: Backyard | Sun: Full Sun | Soil: Combination I'm Organic!

This is my second try at a garden. Last year turned out ok but I’m hoping for even better this year. Was inspired by neighbor to do raised beds which should help with the maintainence and watering.
My backyard is under attack from the Chinese, their plants at least. I am fighting off Wysteria, Mimosa and now Kudzu.

I love the name, a revenge garden, would this involve a lot of dead heading and weeding perchance?

Hello, we are neighbors. I live in Waxhaw. I just found this website and am looking to trade seeds, plants and of course..information. I am landscaping and gardening about 2 acres of property South of Waxhaw. I am a Master Gardener Trainee in Union County.

If you planted all the items you show above……you are going to be a busy person!! I am more into the Landscape….shrubs, beds of perennials, roses and of course some veggies. Yes, those monsters that you are fighting (wisteria & Kudzu). It’s a shame how they were planted and then neglected to just grow where ever they wanted and then become some other gardeners curse.
