CDfolia's C's Willow garden
Garden Type: Cottage | Sun: Partial Sun | Soil: Clay | Established: 2010 | Organic

Name a bit redundant as the weight of snow snapped the old Willow. But until it becomes known for whatever replaces it I will still think of it as the Willow garden bed. It was recently planted as a shade garden but that will need to be rethought now that it gets sun for half the day. West facing, very windy. Very bothered by cats.
Has a tall Pieris (unknown variety) and a small Skimmia japonica Rubella with blueberries, pulmonaria and miniature Narcissus. Alliums for Summer but the feverfew all died over winter so I need to replant, perhaps Heathers?
CDfolia's C's Willow garden is an outdoor organic garden located in Near Loanhead/Edinburgh, United Kingdom and currently contains 20 plants.
This is a Cottage garden that is known to be in USDA Hardiness Zone 8b. It has mainly Clay soil and receives Partial Sun light.Photos

Love this. I’m not very far away and will follow what you’re doing, if I may?

Indeed you may, I reckon my closeness to the Pentlands means my weather is more similar to yours than it is to Edinburgh’s.
