Comprised of two gardens on the east side of my house; one is about 2 feet wide along the side of the house which helps to reflect heat off the white wall. I need to put some trellises in because most of the plants on that side of the garden are the berries.
The other part of the garden is about 3 feet wide along the fence. This garden used to be FILLED with wild day-lilies and every once in a while a volunteer day-lily pops up again… My neighbour has her veggie garden just on the other side of the fence, so I have to be careful what I plant there (for example, if she plants corn I either have to plant the same corn or plant my corn somewhere else so they don’t cross pollinate.)
An outdoor organic garden located in New Westminster, Canada, bcgarden2010's side garden currently contains 7 plants.
This is a Backyard garden that is known to be in USDA Hardiness Zone 7b. It has mainly Combination soil and receives Partial Sun light.Plantings
