mleigh2's Vegetable garden

We built our first vegetable garden bed in 2007. It’s a raised bed- about 8′ × 3′ × 2′ high and located on the north side of the house. It gets pretty good amount of sun during the day, but there is a big pair of pine trees that blocks it somewhat. 2007 plantings included 3 tomato plants, 3 zucchini plants, green onions (failed), 2 green pepper plants (not great), and marigolds on the corners.
