Flora's Under the Spruce garden

Garden Type: Flower | Sun: Dappled Sun | Soil: Clay I'm Organic!

This garden is in my front yard under a big old blue spruce tree. It is a two tier island bed lined with stones that was here when we moved in. I have spent the last 2 years slowly reclaiming it from the many weeds and overgrown shrubs that were planted originally (about 30 years ago). It is now home to my bird bath and seed feeder (we have been getting lots of woodpeckers and little chickadees lately) and the perennials and annuals are planted in a pink flower/chartreuse foliage theme (as much as my discipline will allow).
