The dahlia bed was added in 2007. It’s just a long, 2.5′ × 25′ strip along the west side of the second garage. The idea was to separate my cut flowers into hot colors and cool colors, with the hot colors going into this new bed, but in reality, it’s only used for dahlias, and at the rate I acquire new varieties, it will probably remain that way for a while.
