This area is wooded and runs up the hill to the front of the house. It’s also been invaded for years with English Ivy and Wisteria. Our first step while the house was being built was to remove the invasive plants and to start putting in native Georgians. We’re adding things like May Apple and Partridge Berry and Ground Pine and native ferns. Also, trillums, heart’s a bursting, solomon’s seal, and whatever else we find.
