Back in Spring ’09 (same time I planted my green onions) I planted some seeds for:
Cilantro
Chives
They both have done very well, I moved in August 09 and transplanted them into the soil at the house. Cilantro has since dried up and gone brown… I’m hoping Cilantro does that in the Fall, otherwise I’m not sure what happened.
Chives are still doing good, although I have noticed they don’t get very tall nor do they produce purple flowers, like I see others’ plants do. However, they still taste great on my potatoes :)
I bought a basil plant from a student garden club at my work, it was doing well until Fall hit. I also had a friend give me a different basil plant, that also has kind of withered up a bit.
I’m hoping to expand my herb garden A LOT in 2010. Rosemary, Thyme, Oregano, and more. Lots more.
