Garden Type: Herb | Sun: Don't Know | Soil: Don't Know I'm Organic!

Herbs were my first forays into edible plants. I firmly believe in having as full a stock of them on hand as possible, because the idea of going out to buy some for a recipe when they look & smell so nice in the garden (and grow so relatively easily) is just ridiculous. I like to give people bouquets of herbs when they visit. At the end of my housewarming party the entire backyard smelled of pesto because I was running around rather drunkenly insisting that people take large stems of basil home with them.
