kesky's Water Falls garden

Garden Type: Water | Sun: Partial Sun | Soil: Combination I'm Organic!

I just planted this garden this past summer on a hillside in our backyard. I built a waterfall as a focal point. The plants are mainly perennials such as hostas, shasta daisies, purple bell flower, hen and chicks, tulips, daffodils, and many creeping ones. The waterfall was made from sandstone from southern Minnesota. I hand picked every rock! The waterfall connects to two retaining walls that have 16 foot flowerbeds in them and I had planted annuals in them last summer but would like to plant perennials this year. Our patio sits in between the two retaining walls.
