My Ace 55 tomatoes are doing great in the square foot garden, but the ones by the back fence are definitely struggling. What is missing in the soil out there to make them harden on the tops like this when ripening? The stay lighter in color on the tops… the bottom 2/3rds of the fruit is fin...

19 Aug 2008Does chard send up multiple sprouts? 2First time growing swiss chard… I’m noticing multiple sprouts in some of my plantings. I KNOW I only planted one little seed pod thingy per hole. But some of them have 4-5 sprouts. 1) is that normal? 2) how much should I thin them?

It’s wooly but that’s all I know for sure. It was here when we moved in. My best guess after online searching is apple mint. Any help would be great!
