Just looked up frost dates….
First Frost Last Frost

OCT 23 NOV 10 NOV 29 MAR 25 APR 17 MAY 09

Apparently these #s mean, for spring, that there is a 10% chance the last frost occurs BEFORE 3/25, and a 90% chance it occurs before May 9. In fall, #s are the chance that it occurs before the given date.

“Average last frost” appears to be more complicated that I thought, but I guess the 50% number would be average (though not really SAFE).

Average night time temps in June are 45…not good for peppers and tomatoes.
