I have three fuchias hybrida what the fuchia sites say to do to over winter these plants is to keep them in a room around 45 degrees with minable light I have no such room and water sparingly, I have no such room. planting tulips in pots to transfert to flower ved
How you duing. I live in zone 6b, foliage started to die on the tulips so I started to dig them up to dividethem, and I am only part of the way finished an I have a truck load of the real small ones. I was thinking I would put them in pots and transfer them to the bulb when they started to sprou... -

I have more fall planting bulbs than China has rice. I am thinking about extending my bulb bed,with no till garden , using cardboard to get rid of weeds and grass. My question ,will the bed be ready for fall bulb planting, I live in Va, zone 6.Any opinions? Thank You. -

I use shreaded hard wood mulch on my flower beds. Some times I have to get in the middle of the bed to weed or plant something new,remove a dead plant. I was going to use 12″×12″patio stone, but this would look goofy with paths everwhere, then I thought maybe I could use a pie...Cloudy 4°C / 40°F -

My previous question was ,could I use cardboard as a weed barrier under trees to plant a shade garden? I received two yes answers. My follow up question is, do I need to use a organic weed killer of some kind to get a head start on the weeds and be safe to the tree roots In some of my other flow...Sunny 37°C / 98°F -

will my geranium survive the winter outside
was given a geranium in a hanging pot I tring to find out if I can transplant it my garden. The answer I have been getting are yes,but they can not take a heavy frost, but nobody said how to protect them. Do you prune the plant back and cover with leaves or cover with something more substantial.34°C / 94°F
