Scrambled eggs with Yard Long Beans 4 3 Yard Long Bean Harvesting and Backyard garden

Finally harvested some yard long beans! I left one of them for too long, and it’s all soft and yellow. I pinched it open and extracted the seeds for next year. For the green ones, I chopped them up and made an egg stir-fry, just like how my grandma made it when I was a kid. Yum!
