It took two weeks for the lettuce to grow big enough. I looked up how to harvest lettuce last night and they said that you can just keep cutting the outer leaves close to the stem. I brought my scissor along and that’s what I did.

I just couldn’t wait any longer. Looked up how to harvest strawberry last night and took home 3 of them today by cutting the stem w/ a scissor.
You’re supposed to harvest when the strawberry is all ripe and firm. If it’s soft then it’s overripe. I didn’t check one...

The spinach are spouting in the soil! I"m so very happy. Sowed 5, transplanted 4, 3 came up. I think the other one just got buried even though it was starting to sprout leaves.
