    wick 1 kahawa coffee and living room floor garden
    my cotton string irrigation was working a little too well. emptied out half of a quart jar of water through two strings since I left for work this morning. most of that is all over the floor now.

    food New Zealand spinach Harvesting, onion Harvesting, and cilantro Harvesting
    ate some more New Zealand spinach. it’s been relatively productive considering the small pot it’s in. picked a little bit of cilantro and cut some leaves and the flower stem of my little yearling onion into some soup.

    so, I generally try to avoid the plastics as much as possible, but plants were suffering for it. I broke down and installed some drip irrigation over the last two weekends. beats hauling buckets, but I think part of my soul died.
