I’m not convinced the world won’t be burning down anytime now. I suppose there’s no reason my lovely gardens won’t go with it, but just in case, I’m growing all the delicious food I can.

been growing food for a living since 2001. I would tell you where and invite you to stop by, but that might be in violation of the terms & conditions.

anyhow, growing annual vegetables has worn me out. it’s a great job I have, but on my own time I want nothing to do with any carrots or beets or parsnips or any of that rot. my sister, though, she still likes all that. I mostly grow fruit trees and shrubs. a few self-seeding annuals and an increasing number of perennial vegetables as well.

I’m also rather taken with permaculture and forest gardening. just so you know.

my sister takes a lot of pictures.
