I am a stay at home mom to 2 little devils, I mean darling girls, living in sunny and sandy Las Vegas, Nevada. This will be our first year attempting to grown our own food and I am finding the biggest obstacle to be the 2 little girls who think its more fun to squash freshly ripened tomatoes than to eat them.

Zone 9a A small raised bed garden. The soil is a combination of compost, soil, peat moss, and vermiculite. Our first serious attempt at growing something!
