I love the various brocolli rabes. They grow quickly and in about any weather. My Cima de Rapa quatra (forgot the rest of the spelling) from February sprouted immediately and is growing strongly (mailbox garden). Agretti, rare seeds, short seed life
If you want to experiment with planting a 2 foot tall chive-like Italian variety of greens, I’ve got plenty of seeds.
