Larger, healthier, less pest damage. May need to purposely plant onions in with brassiscas from now on. Trying to trellis the melons but they’re not latching onto the strings. In the course of weeding the last couple of days, I discovered a couple of things. The one that really got me was exhibit A. Is that a volunteer cilantro? Or rather three volunteer cilantro?!?!?! In my onion/carrot bed?!?!? Where I have never planted cilantro and in a completely different plot...

Ok, I guess my first fruits were actually strawberries and raspberries but these are my first solanacae fruits. Out of nowhere popped several cute little sweet peppers and a few Purple Russians. Neither are anywhere near to harvest but still good to see. :-)
