This was the first time I have every tried fresh Banana Peppers. It was a big disappointment. I was expecting it to be spicy, but instead it tasted very similar to a bell pepper.

I’m enjoying the Cucumbers, but it would be nice if there was some sort fresh vegetable recipe forum on myfolia. I got loads of these now, and pretty soon just just slicing them lengthwise and drizzling them with lemon juice is going to get old.

Perhaps its too early to tell, but the despite the fairly dense growth it does not look like I will be getting much fruit this year. Most of the tomatoes are small, and there does not seem to be as many of them as last year. The one in the picture was the biggest I could find.
