I’m pretty much a reluctant gardener. Skyrocketing gas and food prices have “inspired” me to at learn how to grow food.

An added benefit of the garden is that it really fits nicely with the idea of voluntary simplicity. As a nation, I think we would be a lot happier (and healthier) if we just walked more, drove less, and stopped trying to find fulfillment at the mall.
