Budding! 1
I’ve seen these blooming all over the place but mine are still just buds! It makes me wonder if I don’t have a slightly different variety since they’re out in full sun just like the neighbors.

I went out to weed the other day and found this little fellow nestled in the mulch! He burrowed himself in pretty good and eyed me any time I came near his spot. I’ve never seen a toad hiding like that before. The next evening we had a visit from the baby bunny whose been roaming our back...

My sister jokes about being a flower freak, especially when I asked for a heat mat and a mini greenhouse last year. If only she knew….I went to get groceries yesterday and needed to pick up some potting soil as well. Somehow I managed to pick up another half dozen plants while in the gard...
