I got some hybrid iris tubers from a friend about 5 years ago. They continue to multiply each year, but of about 40 plants only 5 ever bloom (the same five each year.) They get afternoon sun. Should I fertilize? and with what kind of fertilizer? Or what else could be wrong with them? I live in zo...
