the wretched squash vine borers have taken up residence in the acorn squash…all of them!
that’s why they were wilting so much…i tried to think that it was just the watering, because that was the easier to fix problem.

Before getting out to the garden, I had to search for the turtle, found nothing, and continued on.
The first chunk of time was spent watering the plants really well. Other parts of the country are having lots and lots of rain, but it keeps skipping our area. So our strange, rather inefficient...
