I’ve dabbled in gardening since I was a kid. My grandpa was a “real” gardener and generously shared his love for all things green. Fall/Winter is when I play with indoor plants. Spring/Summer is when I get the knack for gardening outdoors. The soil in our area is difficult to manage (lots of rocks, clay, deer and other critters) so for the second year, I’m experimenting with container gardening on my deck.
