Sharehouse gardener, new & obsessed. trying to learn enough to grow enough for a big household of hungry vegetarians in a very busy backyard that has all kinds of competing demands on the space.
I also craft (crochet, rubberwork & costume design), write, and occasionally perform burlesque shows. I’m a yellow belt in Seido Karate and just learned how to ride a bike this year.

My #1 obsession is edible plants of all kinds- herbs, veggies & fruits get me very excited. I also keep a lot of succulents around, mostly by not paying attention to them. They seem to like that.
