i have a very lovely hibiscus plant called Lord Baltimore i also have another one is pink and one is white i was wondering if anyone can tell me how to start new plants from the seeds of these plants? i have tried letting them fall off the main plant but do not see any new little plants and have ...

was wondering if anyone could identify this plant 6
this plant was growing in my mothers flower bed she could not tell me what it was not sure if it gets flowers it does not have any yet but this year has been a bit backwards any help would be appreciated, the second foto shows the flowers and it is blooming now started about a week ago
